01. Cookies and similar storage

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, which can remember settings on a device. This policy covers technologies used by the Aperta website and distinguishes our own settings from services controlled by hosting or account providers.

02. What this website uses

Preference storage — aperta-cookie-choice. First-party local storage records your selection, policy version and the time of the choice. It is necessary to remember and respect your preference. It contains no name, email, advertising identifier or browsing history and is not sent to Aperta by this implementation.

The choice remains valid for 180 days. After that period, or a policy-version change, the site asks again on your next visit. Local storage has no automatic browser expiry; the website clears or replaces an expired entry when it next checks it. You can also remove it through your browser settings.

Optional analytics and advertising. None are currently installed or enabled by Aperta. We do not load third-party advertising pixels, analytics tags or embedded video players. Accepting optional cookies therefore adds no tracker to this version of the website.

Hosting and access services. Vercel may use security, session or access technologies in delivering their services. Names and retention can vary by provider and session. Aperta’s controls do not disable a provider’s necessary authentication or security functions or control its separate account environment. See the provider policies linked in our Privacy Policy.

03. Your choices

Necessary only: records your choice to allow only necessary storage.

Reject all: rejects all optional purposes. Necessary preference, security or access functions remain available. On the current website this has the same tracking effect as Necessary only.

Accept all: records acceptance of the optional purposes disclosed in the current policy. There are currently no optional trackers. This choice is not permission for undisclosed future purposes.

Optional purposes are off until consent is obtained where required. If we add optional technologies, we will identify their providers, purposes and duration, update this policy and obtain any required fresh consent before loading them. Continued browsing or closing settings is not acceptance.

04. Change or withdraw a choice

Use Cookie settings in the footer at any time to review your selection or withdraw optional consent. Changes apply to this browser and device. Clearing browser storage causes the notice to appear again. Choices are not automatically synchronised across devices.

If your browser blocks storage, the website continues to work with no optional trackers; you may be asked again on another visit. Your browser can also block or delete cookies, although blocking necessary provider cookies may affect access.
